Ainos Ngadya is an entrepreneur with broad experience in all aspects of International treasury, M&A, corporate finance and Private equity. He has direct and in depth experience within commercial real estate, not-for-profit, banking, and telecommunication organizations. His deep knowledge of global treasury management comes from working with US and other multinationals as a banking practitioner designing financing solutions, business acquisitions and restructuring. Recent engagements include M&A transactions (USD10MM-USD1BLN range), Marine Project Valuation (USD30BLN Aggregate Revenue), Gas Projects (USD5-10MM investment outlays) and Strategy Sessions for a leading NYSE/TSX listed diversified environmental services group. Previously he worked as an Associate Director Global Treasury for Brookfield Asset Management serving five Real Estate Entities in Europe, APAC and North America. He also worked as a Portfolio Analyst (Toronto Dominion Bank), Manager Business Planning (Bell Canada) and Treasury Dealer (Infrastructure Bank Zimbabwe). He is a contributor on numerous Private Equity and Investment conferences. He serves on the Board of Isustain Canada.
